We are looking for a hairstylist that can be responsible for guest satisfaction in the salon, by performing services according to our established salon standards.

 

The stylist will maintain the cleanliness of the salon stations in a professional manner at all times and follow all established protocols and checklists to ensure a five star level of service is consistently maintained.

Qualifications:
 

•  A current, valid state Cosmetology license recognized by the governing board of Ohio.

 

• Cosmetology training at a recognized cosmetology school

 

• At least two years experience in a salon operation

 

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine guest service orientation

 

• Ability to remain calm and organized in busy environment

 

• Work independently with a high sense of integrity.

 

• Physically able to stand, bend, lean, and walk for up to 10 hours. Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.

 

• Willing to be part of a close family of stylists who love what they do and do what they love.
